Perfect for daily, weekly or monthly rituals.

In this practise, I start with Gratitude. I typically just speak them out loud, but on occasion write them down.
Depending on where I am and how much time I have, I say/write a minimum of 3 things. And then sometimes, I'll go off on a tangent listing as many things as I wish.
If feelings of frustrated or anxiety come in, this feels like a wonderful anchoring start.

I love speaking these out loud, whether I'm in bed, driving, on a dog walk, in the bath.
To give you an idea, I say things like - 'My body is thriving. I am healthy, flexible and strong. I am loved. I surrender to divine timing. I am safe. I am divinely protected.'
Hope these give you some inspiration.

I LOVE talking and thinking about what is to be. This next step helps me focus in my mind's eye what I'd like to call in and bring into my reality. Feeling it, seeing it, enjoying it. Pinterest definitely helps with this too.
Again, weaving these steps into the mundane is key for me.
Maybe this third step is done while brushing your teeth, during a morning run, or on your commute.

What's my intention for the day ahead, in this moment, for this meeting, for this social gathering, or for this sleep ahead? Intention is such an important component for shifting and aligning focus, and boy is it powerful, so this had to be part of the structure.
